    Participants in any activity related to Jolly5pro.com participate at their own risk. Participants agree to hold the Jolly5pro.com owners, managers, and operators harmless in respect of any losses incurred as a result of participation in any activity related to Jolly5pro.com.

    Please do not use your rent, utilities and grocery money to participate in the pogramme. If you decide to participate, please do so ONLY with your spare money.

  • 1. Registration
  • Can I have more than one account?

    Multiple accounts are not permitted. Each member can have ONLY one account with his/her user name, email address (preferably Gmail) and payment processors. There can be only one account on one IP address.

  • Can I change a sponsor?
  • No.

    Please make sure that you clear history and cookies in your browser prior to registration to avoid any issues.

  • Can children register?
  • Yes, if they are 18 years old. Minimal age for registering and participating in the programme is 18 years.

  • Which plans are offered by Jolly5pro?

    A short-term plan: Jolly Biz

    Long-term plans: Jolly Basic, Jolly PRO, Jolly VIP

  • What payment processors are available?
  • Plans can be purchased with Perfect Money and Payeer.

    Other payment processors will be added soon.

  • Are there any deposit and withdrawal fees?
  • Jolly5pro.com does not charge any fees for deposits and withdrawals.

    Payment processors may charge their fees, as per their policies.

  • How do I earn?
  • You earn in two ways:

    - by purchasing a short- or long-term plan or more plans, and

    - by sponsoring you earn a referral commission 10 levels deep.

    A short-term plan Jolly Biz: your earnings include deposit and interest, they are paid from Monday to Friday and you can see them in your account. Your deposit(s) is/are frozen for 15 business days.

    Long-term plans Jolly Basic, Jolly PRO, Jolly VIP: your earnings include the daily interest, while your deposit(s) are returned to your balance at the end of the period. Your deposit(s) is/are frozen for the entire period of the particular plan.

  • How can I withdraw my earnings and referral commissions?
  • A short-term plan Jolly Biz: your deposit(s) is/are frozen for 15 business days.

    You can withdraw your referral commissions on business days.

    You can start withdrawing your deposit and interest after expiry of the 15 business days from the date of your deposit.

    Long-term plans Jolly Basic, Jolly PRO, Jolly VIP: your deposit(s) is/are frozen for the entire period of the particular plan.

    You can withdraw your referral commissions on business days.

    You can withdraw your deposit(s) and interest after expiry of the plans.

    Referral commissions can be withdrawn on business days.

    All withdrawals will be processed on business days only and paid out within 1-3 business days. Please note: if you request a withdrawal on Friday night, it may only be processed and paid out on Monday.

  • How much can I withdraw?
  • A short-term plan Jolly Biz: min/max withdrawal is $1 / $500 per day.

    Long-term plans Jolly Basic, Jolly PRO, Jolly VIP: deposit and interest can be withdrawn after expiry of the plans, and min/max withdrawal per day is $1 / $500.

    Referral commissions: min/max withdrawal per day is $1 / $500.

  • 3. Your Referral Link, Banners, and Referral Commission
  • Where can I find my referral link and Jolly5pro.com banners?

    Your will find your referral link and banners in My Referrals in your back office.

    If you want to send to your friends your referral link, you can click on the red button Tell a Friend and fill-up the details.

    How much is the referral commission?/

    By sponsoring others you earn a referral commission 10 levels deep:

    Level 1: 5%

    Level 2: 2%

    Level 3-10: 1%

    1. Member ID (user name).

    2. Contact email address (email associated with your account).

    3. Funding issue: provide the reference, transaction or batch number from the payment processor, copy and paste a screenshot of your payment, or include a link to your screenshot in the message.

    4. Withdrawals: provide the payment processor name and ID, invoice number of the missing withdrawal, amount and date paid.

    5. Please save support@jolly5pro.com to your email contacts. If you don't find our emails in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam and promotion folders.

    6. Please respond to the original ticket. Please only submit one ticket per issue.
